Peer Groups.
A community resource where dementia caregivers connect with others, share experiences, and build confidence throughout the caregiving journey.

A supportive place to learn, share, and connect.
Caregiving for someone with dementia can feel isolating — like nobody else really gets it. Our peer groups bring caregivers together for real conversation, shared learning, and a community that's been where you are. Free, friendly, and open to anyone caring for a person with dementia.
- Connect with caregivers navigating similar experiences
- Share what's working — and what isn't — in a judgement-free space
- Learn from peers at every stage of the caregiving journey
- Discover practical caregiver tools and community resources
