A mission-driven advocacy network for professionals who support dementia caregivers and older adults — focused on education, recognition, and community impact.

Social workers and clinicians gathered around a sunlit table in candid conversation
Program overview

Not an influencer program. A professional alliance.

The Dementia Advocacy Alliance is not a referral program, an influencer network, or a sales channel. It's a professional initiative that recognizes the social workers, care managers, and aging-services professionals who quietly carry families through the hardest seasons of dementia — and gives them the community and credentialing to do it better.

  • Mission-driven, not commission-driven
  • Focused on education and community impact
  • Recognition for the professionals already doing the work
  • Aligned with HōttoCare's caregiver-first values

Recognize the work. Strengthen the field.
