In-Home Care

Home care services provide non-medical, hands-on support - such as help with daily activities, companionship, and transportation - right in your loved one’s home, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and supported in their familiar surroundings.

Day Programs

Adult day programs for people with dementia offer a safe, structured setting during the day with supervision, social activities, and specialized care. They support cognitive engagement and daily routines while meeting participants’ personal care needs.

  • Yes, you are still eligible for everything.

  • You can talk with the home care agency about any combination of shift amount above a 4 hour minimum.

  • We can contract with other organizations. The process takes 6 - 10 weeks for Medicare to approve them.

  • Yes. Common ideas include 1:1 companion socializations, outings. You get a break.

  • The dollars/units are NOT prorated. If you join in May you get the full amount which resets in July. Calendar year is July - June

  • You can NOT roll-over. It is a use it or lose it every year.

  • Yes you can mix and match home care & day program use.

  • No, the money is paid directly to the agency, not families.

  • Monthly telephone check-in (at least 5 minutes) and complete the one time digital onboarding, telephone meet & greet.
